Normally for non auditted PERM cases only employer can check the status.

It would be very tough to get CP appointment before the end of July. So I am not even thinking of CP. Also CP needs to be approved when your PD is current.

Hi,
I am on H-1B with a company and have been through my 4years of H-1. Now they are saying that they might not be able to apply for my PR before the start of my 6th year of H-1 and are offering me the following option: Need to leave US and go back to India or any other country, will be paid US salary and then after one year will be brought back on a L-1A visa. Now my question is can they pay in US dollars while i am outside US and still be able to come back on L-1A visa? or do i need to change into local payroll?

Yes, you can apply for H-4 despite the fact that she has an H1 petition approved. It is difficult for me to comment on her H-4 rejection chances as I am not familiar with your cases, but generally if you are on valid H-1 status then you should not have problems.

I have filed an appeal for a rejected I 140, which is I 290B.
I also filed a new I 140 using the same labor (EB3, august 2003)
Now I am seeing constant changes to LUDs to both status online, but the text doesnt change.
I 290B had LUD change for 3 days, and I 140 had LUD change for 3 days too.
I am confused now... does this mean they are working on the case?
constant changes like these furstrate me when there is no message or text change in status.
Can the gurus here predict according to similar trends? what can I expect?

I appeared for h1b stamping at new Delhi us embassy. VO kept my passport and forms for admin processing. VO told me it may take 2-4 weeks. they didn't give me any slips ( pink/yellow/green). I am not sure what kind of processing they wanted to do in my case

Did any one get their labor approved that are filed after June 2008? Does anyone know how long it is taking these days?

Since your child turned 21 even before you submitted your I-140, the answer is NO, you cannot submit I-485 for him as he is not covered by Child Status Protection Act, CSPA.

- Take infopass appointment?
- Does it has any affect on my 485?
- What are the things we can ask in Infopass appointment.

There is no such deadline. But it would do you good to file them before July 31st or other wise it might retrogress.

Now among this 27K how is the distribution, can it be distributed whichever applicant needs PD IRRESPECTIVE of EB1,EB2,EB3(skilled, professional) Vs EB3 other or does it split by the calculations of EB1, EB2, EB3 with 28% EACH and EB3 other NOT above 10K limit
